Hepworth - Corys

The corporate headquarters, owned by Hepworth and located in the Dubai Investment Park, are a unique, vivacious, and energetic office space. The project is composed of the reception lobby, the main workstations, and the conference room. One of the office’s highlights is the vibrant atmosphere of the office café, which was specially designed to promote social interaction between the staff during their short breaks. An interesting feature of the space is the interactive plumbing-themed wall pattern, which hints promptly to the company's domain of activity. Through smartly designed spaces and materials the project was constructed with minimal cost, while simultaneously avoiding any compromises in the quality and aesthetics of the working environment. The materials used for the wall coverings, which range from latex paint, vivid green graphics, and 3D wall panels, to floor cement, carpet tiles, and parquet flooring, have all combined to create an incredibly modern working atmosphere.
