Luxury Residences

Part of a stunning two-building house complex, designed by distinguished Greek architects Kokkinou+Kourkoulas, and Helli Pangalou for its landscape, this ultra-luxury residence is located on a pine tree hill in the coastal suburb of Kavouri, on the Athenian Riviera. Being listed as one of the best built works of the years 2010-2012 by DΟΜĒS International Review of Architecture, the residences blend the modernity of minimal architecture within the typical mediterranean landscape. This is accomplished by the use of few basic materials in their purest form: bare concrete textured only by the wooden planks used to cast it, spotless white plaster, aluminum, and precious Burmese teak brought all the way from Myanmar. The residence is equipped with stunning features, such as impressive teak-wood blinds that are completely adjustable in position and angle, and unique rooms such as a color-therapy and aromatherapy sauna. Unique to this residence is the olive garden that decorates the path to its entrance, as well as its state-of-the-art interior pool, which can become completely open through an automated ceiling which disappears with a press of a button.
