Luxury Residences

Designed by famed Greek architect Michael Photiadis, his son Philippos, and Helli Pangalou for the landscape, this massive residence is situated in a seemingly remote peninsula of the Athenian Riviera, with three of its sides exposed to the Aegean Sea. The residence's modern design is dominated by the use of exposed concrete both in the interior and exterior, tinted brown by a unique painting technique that uses the area's own soil for coloring. The interior of the house, which features a minimal but rich design, is cladded with beautiful dark-green marble brought all the way from the sacred island of Tinos. Some unique features of the residence include the raised room-length fireplace opening on uninterrupted hearth of fire resistant glass, an impressive Corten main entrance, and a stunning art gallery space with an automatic electrical organization system for the owner’s precious artworks.
