Traditional

Featuring small wooden framed windows and painted stone walls, this small traditional house in old center of Athens known as Plaka, is reminiscent of the old Athenian houses that were prevalent in the area throughout the previous centuries. The interior of the house is dominated by the extensive use of wood, stone, and plaster, all of which are exhibited in bright colors that enlarge the spaces and offer a welcoming atmosphere. Designed by TPA Architects, some of its more unique features include, an impressive wooden roof structure, and glass-sealed cases showcasing ancient Greek artifacts that were uncovered during the excavation process.
